RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

Fragrances contain alcohol which makes shipping a little difficult especially for small fragrance businesses like us. We have to ship "ground" due to the hazardous nature of alcohol so you can expect your package anywhere between 7 - 10 business days after your initial purchase. 

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

There are no returns on our products. If you are dissatisfied please contact us at info@gotprivilege.shop so we can address your matter on an individual basis. If the product is lost or damaged we will send another ASAP.
